Eagles Hope Transitions (EHT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Riverton, Wyoming and provides persons in transition with an opportunity to create and build new lives in order to return to their families and communities. Clients acquire knowledge, skills and guidance to access and utilize services to become a healthy, productive member of Fremont County. EHT provides a safe and sober living environment that allows clients to maintain dignity and respect and long-term personal and financial sustainability.
The executive director would be directly responsible to EHT’s governing board of directors.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience and available funding; includes free lodging and utilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Professional experience in a nonprofit agency or similar service organization
Experience in budgeting, financial management and funds development
Experience in working collaboratively with other agencies and the public
Job Requirements:
Live on site
Funds development, including grant applications
Financial management, including collecting client fees
Program development and implementation
Community promotion
Compassionate support of clients
Recruiting and coordinating volunteers
Maintaining a healthy and safe environment for the clients
